The Sunday School is the basic agency within each local church that provides for systematic Bible Study and provides that area within the church that assists in the spiritual growth of persons within the church community.

Vision for the Sunday School

  • For spiritual transformation to take place as students come to know Jesus Christ and understand His Word, rather than just know of Him.
  • For students to be able to share the love of God with others.

Mission of the Sunday School

  • To encourage the students to cultivate a habit of reading the Word of God consistently and applying it to their daily lives.
  • To lead the students to recognize their sinful nature and to be repentant as their faith in God is developed.
  • To train up a child in the way he should go so that when he is old he will not depart from it.
  • To bring the Word alive and make it applicable in the lives of our students.
