Rev. Muriel Taylor

Woodbourne Wesleyan Holiness Church

Reverend Muriel Taylor is a wife, mother, preacher and teacher who loves the Lord with all her heart.

She did not always walk with the Lord. Though having a moral and religious upbringing under the supervision of her parents Samuel and Edith Atherley, Reverends Hamilton Taitt and Dorothy Millington from the Chimborazo and Coconut Grove churches respectively, decided she had enough of church on becoming a young adult.

However some years later under the spirit filled preaching of the Reverend James Bend at a Quarterly Service, where her elder son was being accepted into the Wesleyan family, she said yes to the Lord.

Ever since then she has laboured in his vineyard at all levels, in the church year 2018 she was elected Pastor of her home church Woodbourne Wesleyan in that same year she was ordained Reverend.

She has been married to Ezra Taylor for thirty five years, together they four children of whom three are active members in the church.

Having being been called to God’s kingdom building at a time such as this, it’s her desire to continue representing and reflecting in all aspects of her life.
